this is how it works:

from p1 to p14 - each of u guys are supposed to forward the message to two people whom i have already listed down the names.

from p1 to p2 - each of u guys are supposed to receive your message from me and reply back to me saying that u have received it ASAP.

from p7 to p14 - each of u guys are supposed to receive the message from your respective senders (p3 to p6) and reply back to the sender saying that u have received the msg ASAP.

from p15 to p30- u guys are each supposed to receive the message from your respective senders (p7 to p14) and reply back to the sender saying that u have received the msg ASAP.

once the i receive the reply from p2 (jin) and p3 (michelle) , i'll assume that EVERYONE has received the msg.
